Raising concerns

Raise a concern when behavior, a decision, or a condition may harm a person, customer, the company, or the integrity of the work. You do not need complete evidence or certainty before asking for guidance.

Depending on the situation, contact:

  • your manager or another manager you trust;
  • the designated People representative;
  • the designated Security contact for information or access incidents; or
  • an alternative reporting channel when the concern involves your usual contact.

Share what happened, when and where it occurred, who may be affected, and any records that can be preserved safely. Do not investigate by accessing information you are not authorized to use.

Concerns should be received respectfully, handled as confidentially as practical, and assessed promptly. Retaliation against someone who raises a good-faith concern or participates in a review is not acceptable.

:::caution Contacts required People and Security must add named, monitored reporting channels and the review process before this page becomes operational. :::
