Code of conduct

Everyone at Naologic is expected to contribute to a respectful, safe, and inclusive workplace. This standard applies in person and in every work-related digital space, meeting, event, and customer interaction.

Expected behavior​

  • Treat people with dignity, patience, and professional respect.
  • Welcome relevant perspectives and disagree with ideas without attacking people.
  • Respect personal boundaries, privacy, and another person's freedom to choose.
  • Give credit, represent work honestly, and disclose material conflicts of interest.
  • Protect confidential, personal, company, and customer information.
  • Speak up or seek help when conduct may harm a person, the company, or a customer.

Harassment, discrimination, bullying, threats, retaliation, deliberate humiliation, and other abusive conduct are not acceptable.
